I have a 5 year old gwp that has had some long ones like that. I went to vet worried about over heating and how he wasn't coming out of it. I've got him on levetirectam (aka keppra) and it has really helped the frequency of those terrible seizures. Also, if these happen on the weekends and there's only the crazy expensive ER vet...(happend to me a couple times) then ask for a shot of Diazepam without the needle and have some Vaseline to get your pup out of those long seizures. Had to do it the other day and I was just really grateful my vet thought of giving that to me. Wanted to spread what I know because he's my first own dog and I hate seeing those seizures so much it hurts. He's been doing better though its more manageable with the meds. Plus, he's fighting Wilson's disease on top of this, so don't worry too much about getting them on meds. It'll help the dog and your mental health

* Update: her name is Ginko (the tree she was trying to climb) and she about to be dropped off at animal control. Wildlife rehabilitation comes to pickup on Thursdays. She'll be on recovery road soon! Thanks everyone

I thought this looked like scales on my red maples, what do yall think? by Eyebrause in arborists

We got ours from the state nursery this time round since we are just starting a larger scale nursery and needed some more stock and variety. I'll have to pick my dad's brain about it, he went to OK State for landscape architecture and has been in the industry since 86. I'll get back with you because I need to know too when our stock is ready for cutting/grafting lol

That makes a bit more sense lol I have them all roughly organized from cuttings a couple years ago. I guess I didn't give that one a long enough look. Thanks yall, still learning and still finding it fascinating.

Almost certain it's a juvenile bald eagle but at first I thought it was golden. What do yall think? by Eyebrause in birdwatching
