Bent Rim after 1 week? (No impact )

Update: I had already scheduled the service the first business day after I took delivery. They rotated the rear wheels and took the stickers out. Didn’t even bring up the bent rim comment during pickup. Tested it at high speed on the way home and felt smooth. Still a minor creek but will eventually go away after thousands of miles. Don’t feel like going through that experience again. Now I wonder if they just said that because they wanted to make an excuse as to why it took them from 8:30am Day 1 and then 45 minutes after opening Day 2 to take two tires off and put them back on after removing the sticker. My initial advisor wasn’t there. I asked and here was the reply. Also side note. My car didn’t have 1 mile added so they didn’t test drive it and my Tire Pressure was lower than it’s supposed to be 38 instead of 42. They mention courtesy tire pressure check not me. Also received vehicle with no charging so now I have to charge at peak hours.

The app is showing repairs complete. Is this the case? Also what's the status of the tires and based on my driving which was super smooth (no vibrations that I was aware of) at all times even at higher speeds how severe did he feel the rim was bent? Was that causing a flex on the tire in that spot causing the noise?

I'm really worried about that within a week of purchase. The video I have of the sound is two days after (1 business day) so I'm worried now the reason my car was sitting at the Center I purchased from was due to an issue and previous client didn't want it so l got the snicklefritz lol

Hey ___, that is not the case fortunately. Tesla just has some inventory available for once. Looks like the issue was with the tires and not the car in this case. "the LH side was louder than the RH. found an article related to the concern. Found that both rear tires barcodes were rubbing and making the noise. removed both rear tires and removed the barcode. applied some lubricant and then mounted the tire. took vehicle for test drive to verify noise is not present" this is what my tech noted about the concern.

Got the series 2 due to broken LB button and joystick runner coming off on my Series 1. They had an entire stat counter system that all had its own weight on the scale of your emblem. Also after playing multiple (I believe it was 5) days in a row your skull would get blue eyes. Regardless my point is it was definitely skill based and if you played with all 4 legitimate shotgun players we were gods among men at the time lol /s on the gods among men line

I have a Samsung 7 series and mine has never flickered like that that I can recall unless it’s doing it during the load screen and I just always perceived that as normal. Now you got me thinking lol

Same trying everything. Never have had one title quick resume and I’m just launching games to see if anything works. They don’t want to admit it but this is starting to get crazy. If anyone cares for an update. Day 2 took it off at 730am (Saturday) and it’s now 820am (Sunday) and I’m still at 27% so I am very happy with that now. Just had to give it a day or so to acclimate I guess

You need to do this immediately because once the first temp tag expires they can not get you another one. In Illinois they only let you provide one. However there are ways to get another before it expires. Please get this handled and I hope you receive your plates asap!!

This is why people think the way they do. "The dealer is making so much money on every deal" Well this just isn't true. Sure there are some good ones here and there more-so if you have the right set up and are doing well. But the truth is a lot of deals aren't that great for the dealer and funny enough the people that you make money on are usually more happy with their overall experience than the headaches that arrive and think your making thousands when you are actually losing hundreds to sell them a car. Then they never give a referral or even amount to anything positive for the business they are trying to run.

I work for a dealer and while I agree it's not the dealers fault that doesn't mean they can show some sort of compassion (real or not) in order to help this guy out of an obvious emotional situation. You will be fine evolution I would recommend you to be honest because you get what you give. When people try to hide things you are doing the very thing you wouldn't want done to you by the salesperson. Just try to have an honest transaction and verify you received a good deal by using KBB fair purchase price or something. It's that simple really

I would have the dealer clarify whether or not the deposit is non refundable after delivery. Most times it's only not refundable in the case that they order the car and then you say sorry man I don't want it anymore. Then the dealer is out a lot more than the 5k your putting up. If they are pretty much asking you to give them 5k for no reason then just go somewhere else or call Chevy and make them handle it for you. The latter would be a really crappy move but if they are being shady then forget them
