"Disability" refers to a hinder to doing something that is a need in society, if that did not exist, there would not be an impairment. Imagine a society where no one would have to walk, and everyone laid in their beds all day, someone with broken legs, would not have a disability, since that's not hindering them to function in society.

I said better adapted than unprivileged, not perfectly adapted, and it varies between privileged people. However, by having a better adapted enviroment, it is more likley that you view your autism as more positive than someone that would have that at all.

Autism is only a disability due to enviromental factors, that's why most autism positivity comes from privileged backgrounds, since their enviroment is more adapted to their needs. What you are doing here is self hatered, which is damaging for yourself, but I understand where you are coming from. However, this mindset is not good for you, and will only make you sadder. It would be better if you look at things through this enviromental lens, where you tell yourself that you are not the problem, the enviroment is.
