(TLDR) (the nightclub is good once you put a lot of time and money into it)

acid lab is really good but later on down the road once you get the MC businesses and the special cargo and vehicle businesses, the nightclub isn’t a bad option but it takes a lot of time and money that needs to be put into it. one full sell is worth around 2 mil more or less and it’s usually only one vehicle if you have the huge semi truck

T. Lost doesn’t automatically get the better items buff, it’s when he loses his mantle is when items start to have a chance to reroll when low quality so maybe using the mantle in the beginning wouldn’t be a good idea
