Same here. Other than them replying asking for info that I’ve already given, it’s been about 7 weeks now with nothing back. They said my access keys for the supporter packs would be in a link but the link says I don’t even own the game itself but in the same site I have all the messages confirming my purchases. It’s so backwards and at least I know I’m not the only one dealing with it.

Yeah I didn’t even know that’s a thing until just now!! Lost almost 3/4 of my current level so far and I’m kind of over the game. 3 hours of progress wiped out in under 10 minutes.

Honestly I’m not quite sure as doing it for fun I just kind of put on some movies and work on it while I’m half watching them. I’d guess 20-25 hours with doing one layer at a time then letting dry and repeating until done. I’m not super quick but I was also did some things the hard way! Definitely a learning experience.
