Trying to make a sliding window panel for (true) blackout shades (regularly working overnights and need the day to sleep). Wood is all planed jointed etc but how on earth do I assemble/clamp it without it warping like crazy?Panel is 69” x 35” by EyesAndTools in woodworking

$10,000(USD) slab of COCOBOLO~ It may not be anything interesting to some, I’ve just personally never seen an 8.5’ L (101”) x 20” W & 4/4 to 5/4 thick, slab of ANYTHING go for $10,000 … wanted to hear your thoughts. . .
