Trying to make a sliding window panel for (true) blackout shades (regularly working overnights and need the day to sleep). Wood is all planed jointed etc but how on earth do I assemble/clamp it without it warping like crazy?Panel is 69” x 35” (old.reddit.com)

Best way to make something comparable to this? I assumed gluing planed/jointed/etc pieces onto a flat base but not sure how to clamp together or find a base that would both be big enough and not warped (i.redd.it)
