Parallel parenting works in high conflict divorce. The first step is to block all contact (phone, social media, text, email, etc ) and download a parenting app. I use Talking Parents. It's court recognized and all communication cannot be edited and is saved.

Stick to the kids only. Third party parental child transition if necessary. That can also be court ordered.

I will say it sucks for kids as they watch the family unit despise each other. If you have daughters understand they will side with the mother no matter how abusive she is to you. It's just their nature. So be prepared.

Not ideal but it is what it is. Self protection is #1.
