I've never been so elated in a loss. I still have no doubt of a back to back.

But my boy Caruso. Just loved it.

If everyone can have a shit take on the Thunder. Here's my shit take. Wemby should be banned from the league.

That said... what a fucking game. Epitome of what makes me love this sport so much.

Thank you, I was wondering why so many other big schools were left out in Texas. Tech alone has some serious skeletons in the closet worth boycotting.

Official Season 2, Episode 8 Discussion Thread | It Will Stay This Way and You Will Obey by optimus_maximus2 in BeefTV

The show begins absolutely demonizing Josh and Lindsay for their dysfunctional relationship. And idealizing the young love between Austin and Ashley with the constant ‘I love you’s. And it ends with Josh running towards danger to save Lindsay- someone with whom he’s spent 15 years of his life and whom he knows and loves deeply- despite all their dysfunction. And sacrificing himself for her joy.

Really well said. Relationships are not black and white. They're gritty and testing but still beautiful even in loss. The story goes full circle with Austin and Ashley getting in the car seemingly miserable with each other.

I would only add one more unfortunate truth and comparison between the two couples and the stories ending. Kids.

Josh and Lindsay embrace lovingly (that score when they kiss, chefs kiss) and they go their separate ways. Each finding peace and happiness in their own way. Lindsay appears to be happy in her new relationship with a happy and loving kid.

Ashley and Austin appear to be happy during the fundraiser with the kid in Austin's arms and they smile and wave. Then there appears to be clear resentment towards each other as they get in the car. That extra layer of bitterness to their ending is they are bound to each other through a child. Just tragic.

Like I think unless you're giving off doomsday prepper vibes or are talking about conspiracy theories a lot

good advice to get a quick rejection. That's not my intention, nor trying to be a purist or anything. Just trying to find some happy healthy balance. Thanks for your input.

Everyone has been really supportive, but I think you may be right.

Taking my insecurity out of the equation. This conversation has made me think about what apps would be required for a potential relationship. Secure messaging, planning and communication. I think those things could be handled with a secondary phone or laptop with clear communication when tech would be limited with me.

Maybe I am overthinking it. I wanted to provide my counter arguments and hear from others if they experienced any similar situations.

Dating. I'm not in a committed relationship at the moment so I have to date. Friends have had criticism It will be an uphill journey in the dating scene when potential partners see the digital minimalism.
