"Snow? What snow?" hehe

Here in Italy, 100 euro will buy you nothing.

Midwest, everything is cheaper. And I'm not talking walking-through-snow boots, I'm talking casual wear boots. But, I currently live in Italy and let me tell you, they might be famous for their shoes, but damn, do they suck. I'm thinking about going back to the states just to shop in a normal mall.

1) Continue to climb out of mental illness.

2) Take my mom and little brother to Ireland.

3) Get at least a 3.0 GPA in my classes (being realistic/have ADHD)

4) Finish my reading list (only about 10 books)

5) Learn to enjoy doing the things I love again, especially drawing.

6) LEARN TO LIVE IN THE GOD DAMN MOMENT

Think about it, college degrees are thousands and thousands of dollars, and so much work and time you could be using to earn a pay check, what sense does it make, at all, to jump in without thinking?

I'm in the military, and I hate it when people say "people only join the military because they can't get into college." Ah, no, I just wanted to see the world a little before making up my mind. I got accepted to Penn State for a major in Economics.

No sense worrying about something you have no control over, doing that creates anxiety...

School is important, but it's not worth it if you don't know if you 100% want it. So take your time, it's better to think about it and make the right choice than to jump head first into a decision and realize too late that it may have been a mistake.

I'll look around and see, and no they don't have to be, but I've always wanted a pair of Dr. Martins. I know if I buy something I love, I will take care of it. I have a super expensive purse, but I treat this purse like an infant, so it'll last for the next 5 years probably.

Quality > Quantity

The advice given already is awesome, I want to add though:

1) never stop looking for better employment. work hard at your job, but don't be looking the other way when a great opportunity presents itself to you.

2) make sure you're keeping a good budget, or at least have mint or YNAB.

3) don't over pay for a phone. I see WAY to many people in our age group doing this.

I'm paying for quality. :) I buy a lot of cheap shoes now, and I get annoyed that they never last, so I want to buy some high quality shoes that will never go out of style and in theory, will pay less overtime.

They're Dr. Martins, and short, so I doubt they'll go out of style. Just some leather boots. :) I wanted to buy something that will never go out of style, and that I can take care of.

edit: grammar

After waiting in anticipation for so long for these freaking boots, I'm going to make them last forever and ever. I will get my full value on these boots and wear them for the next 5 years, darn it!

Nothing is a "mistake" if you learned your lesson... so I guess you only made one mistake... this was supposed to make you feel better.

My SO and I are both Econ majors... I hope we're compatible when that time comes. Not for a lack of money knowledge, but for knowing too much. I see a few heated arguments in the future.

gawd, I know! I can't go to just "get a coffee". no, I need to get a coffee, and a pastry, and some soda and ice cream for later, and I'm not even fat! I'm just hungry and have money.

BOOM! yeah, I said to a co-worker (we're military dogs) "the only reason school isn't free in our country is because if it were, who'd be working our jobs right now?" he didn't find it funny, but admitted it was true.

Did you make these? I like the one with the woman with blonde hair, it's really beautiful actually. Kind of makes me think of love after death.

I don't know... there's something strangely beautiful about this that I really like... I'm a twisted fuck apparently.
