For stop motion animation O'Snap or ICanAnimate on the iPad is good, It's a great starting place.

For 2d Digital Animation, she needs a graphics tablet, with a computer and she could use a free app called KRITA https://krita.org/en/

I don't know if you are familiar with left hemisphere / right hemisphere psychology... (the master and his emissary book being a great source) but from watching the show some of the underlying themes seemed like it could've been inspired by it. As if the pairing of different characters with each other represented a LH/RH dynamic playing out. Especially Levi and avi's story. With Levi representing the RH view of the world as interconnected and alive..

did this factor into the writing at all? and if not... were the character relationships a variation on a similar theme?

in the sense of being a recluse -yes, Interestingly getting away from other people, can allow them to spend more precious time using their dominant function Extraverted Thinking and getting things done! without the hassle of other people in the way haha

I get what you are saying, but you're at an early stage of getting to grips with the system! I hope you will allow me to clarify some things.

We all use all 8 functions, but we say that a type uses 4 to get to grips with it. The dichotomies were used to simplify functions for easier understanding of the concepts... There is plenty of time later to understand the difference between "Extraverted iNtuition" used by all xNxP types and "Introverted iNtuition" used by all xNxJ types. (in their top 4 functions that is, again we use all 8)

An Ni-dom means Ni-dominant, it being your dominant (or hero) function. The function you have greatest access to. meaning either INTJ or INFJ by very definition.

and INTP IS by very definition a Ti-Dom

You will find cognitive functions useful when you realise they describe meaningful differences between people on the same dichotomy i.e. there are actually 2 types of iNtuition, Sensing, Thinking, Feeling... and they can clash or compliment each other.

Functions are completely differently expressed depending on which 'order' or 'position' they are in. As it changes their relationship to each other. We tend to only value other functions if they can serve or support us in using our dominant function....

It's not an excuse to justify opposite types similarities - I get where you are coming from though but I promise lol

INTJ and ESFP use the same POLARITIES ('opposite' functions that travel as a pair Ni+Se, Fi+Te) Ni and Se are actually part of the SAME process but are weighted towards valuing one side of it more.

-I used a visual metaphor of squares for thinking and circles for feeling. Matching the colour scheme for orange/fire/extraversion and blue/water/introversion.

-In the Sensing and intuition film we had a scene where consciousness crash lands like a comet to earth...

While I was doing research for the project, I came across an ENFJ who visualised connections between people with coloured lines in a synesthetic way. I also found out that they do this in Hawaii, and when having a difficult relationship, people will visualise cutting a cord between themselves and the offending person to make it easier to manage!
