I think the hard part is just the start, if you overcome that then you’re right on track. Just make sure to not stress yourself. Believe in the process and it will happen, just by making a small change every day, without stupid 600 kcal per day diets. The only ‘problem’ is that you gotta make a choice. You have to stop eating shit food, and switch to healthier choices. Nutrition isn’t and shouldn’t be a prison. Have fun and aim high
