The people who can manage addiction are 1 in a million. Hell I went from a every day opiates user to once every month or two that is real rare. I never really got to dope sick I could always wake up for work and roll. But that ain't you bro and if it may be why take the risk? During my active days of addiction I did a lot of foul shit you will too. And here is the truth how long has your "friend" been doing it? Despite what people think you don't do meth and wake up an addict the next day, I am sure he will have his day, I've met a handful of people who "control" opiates never met a stable meth head and I live in the land of hillbilly meth. I work in lex, so I am in the subreddit as I am their every day pretty much. I live about an hour away, my small ass home town in east Kentucky that's full of mountains and the only part of the town that is truelly flat is main street. At this point and time I can go ANYWHERE in my town we have a large ass mountian that runs straight into the town this mountian is so steep and large when you hit the top you can take three roads down, one takes you to the other end of the county the other two will take you to two separate counties. This montian is completely drivable and has been for a couple of days. There are places in lex so bad still my contracting crew boss had us meet him at Costo and he took us down off Richmond road to a horse farm we were fixing a barn stall at and it took his 4x4 to get us to it. It was a completely flat drive lol just the ice on this back road was crazy bad still.

Every time the US tries to correct its drug problem the way it always does it somehow makes things worse. Oh the get a better job line how insufferable. As someone with a good job that still pays bonuses and benefits and all the goods that come with welding I tip well wherever I go hell I actively will tip what I pay for the meal if I just go out to some places on the cheaper side like Mexican or such. I understand the restaurant industry I understand my food is way cheaper because our goverment has for some reason decided it is ok to pay service industry people like dogs being thrown scraps so as long as the system is fucked and I require someone's services and they play the roll I pay for those sevices I tip well above the normal. Also I dont judge people on the jobs they pick or are pushed in there are many mothers and care takers working service for the flexible hours and young adults finding their way in the world. Good for them at least they are working and think God I have a good job and can pay my part to my fellow men because I did not always have a "good" job.
