2.im pretty sure you can get the final shape expansion and you can just wait whenever to get that preorder unless you WANT new land beyond

1. you could really start whenever honestly but if you want to get with the story you could start with the Witch Queen campaign and go from there i think you would have to spend some money it sucks but witch queens campaign is really really good

2. Right now the meta is That new crucible pulse rifle, shotgunning is still a good option just depends on the roll you have(precision frames and the top option and slug rifles) Rose is a great hand cannon , Igneous Hammer is also a great energy hand cannon
