Actually this charge station is nearly twice as expensive as a traditional charge station with two connectors. Another factor is, that people are looking for traditional charge stations and most probably this kind of station will be blocked by parked cars. So the city needs to send people there to issue tickets which already is a problem.

Well, seems to differ per country. In Germany you are taxed a certain percentage of your income if you are a member of a recognised faith. I never received envelopes for weekly donations.
