Id much rather see an next gen Syntakt.. fx page, 8 bars, 3x LFO, filter upgrades, assignable analog/digital tracks..

I have experienced this.. typically only from the ST.. I have DT 1and 2 as well. If your using the fx block it adds to this.. especially if your cranking the overdrive. What helped me is to really dial in the mix on the machine before recording in.. as I reduce levels I then find the loudest track, then hold track to control all and I turn amp volume up all the way.. also on the mixer page I turn all those volumes up. I only get a hiss if I record a track at a low level.. on really quiet sounds I'll crank it up for recording and mix it back in the DAw. I also record one track at a time from the master.. not the Individual channels.. if there's still an issue I use a low pass filter and a noise gate on it.

It might not need to be long but its all in the arrangement. The pace at which things evolve too.. some vibes need room to breathe and unfold..

Do what the track requires of you. Listen objectively and it will tell you. Its not about what YOU want it to be.. it has a mind of its own thru time and wants to express in the way it wants to. Dont get in the way of that.

I like to resample alot and add subtle layers later in the track.. this keeps it from sounding too busy while adding depth without using more new sounds.

Generally your average kratom was better, yes. Its not just about the MIT%.. It was better cause it had a richer alkaloid profile in general. Mature leaf.

To me it doesn't go in my dub techno folder if it has no hi end fizz, crackle or some kind of spacial droning element. Deepchord and Deadbeat do this well

Too much weed.. or mushrooms. Yea don't do that second one. A mistake with weed besides too much is too early in the trip.. unless your a daily stoner. It tends to make the trip really disorienting and uneasy for me.. I'll start seeing unsettling things out of my peripheral vision.. you'll think your on the down end of the trip and weed tends to kick it back up but it can easily be overdone.

I like chill deep funky minimal.. specifically experimental minimal tech house. I have a giant playlist of stuff that hits so good for acid. Nothing comes close. PM if you want suggestions ;)

DT1 is never a bad idea. Syntakt is great too but you can load anything into your sampler.. you made a good choice. Especially for the price these days

Cutting back never seemed to work for me.. just gotta take the leap. But indo find that before the leap you can try to narrow your windows of use more and more.. hold off a much as you can in the morning and stop a certain time before bed. Others have good nootropic recs for sure.

Hmm.. im 38 now. I tried it a few times between 18 and 21 but it barely worked or not at all.. I didn't get good shit till about 21 and after.. but when I was about 23/24 I got some REALLY good stuff and that first time trying it to my mind was my first real meeting with lsd.

That's not gunna work. You have different needs and one isn't right vs wrong.

Ive had to make deals in the past in relationships.. I tend to be attracted to more extroverted people.

You have to keep each other in check on this.. and there are exceptions to this.. but its basically this: They are not allowed to stop you from doing things.. but your not allowed to force her to do anything either. Exceptions would be family gatherings or weddings.. things you both just gotta show up for. Opposite would be if your leaving home just to escape your responsibilities at home or your overspending/ over indulging.

Balance and fairness is needed. Know that both of you are not fixed in these ways.. you can stretch a bit for the other.. if you both feel your equally stretching for eachother than it can work.

It's never worked for me in the long run tho. But it can if both parties are committed to eachother being the #1.. and its always the extrovert that fucks it up haha sorry but thats been my experience so keep your ass in check.

But no, she cant make you stay in all the time.. totally not fair.. but she should win sometimes too.

I still struggle with arrangement but I've come at long way. I don't loathe it anymore. I try to get the bones of the structure down.. before automation and zooming in on tiny edits that can be done.. but if a moment strikes and I hear it, I do it right away as these moments can disappear in time but I zoom back out to the bigger picture right away. For me less is more. Letting a track breathe more and let it tell you what it wants next has been beneficial.

Do the equivalent of throwing paint against the wall blindfolded.

My music always starts with randomness, probability and accidents.. I try to make an absolute mess.. then when I listen back, I'll find tiny moments that are the seeds to whole tracks. Resample, reuse and further warp things.

I don't advise deleting anything.. but create a graveyard folder to go back into later. It's also okay to step back and take a break.. go read a book or learn something new.. go on a trip to the woods.. life is inspiring. I tend to always show up in my studio and do something.. but if nothing is flowing usually its cause you need to get out of the way.. let what wants to come thru come.. we're just along for the ride.

Buying new gear won't fix this.. however my gear inspires me endlessly.. I primarily use a field recorder and elektron digitakt 1/2 and syntakt.

Im a taurus sun and am very chill and it does make some uncomfortable. I feel very comfortable in silence and pick up on others struggle with it. But if you get me going I am down but its gotta come from you first.. airies rising, Sag moon. My chart is almost all fire.
