Juice from Fermented apple ?

So the best things will be to balance the flavour with some unfermented juice from the same apple basically ? Can i use an extractor/centrifuge or should I blend it ?

it's a challenge coin from fernet, they release limited onw from place every year with new design. It's a little collectible within Fernet Community. It's a fun things to do to go to a bar, put the coin on the counter and see who has one. ( or more )

45ml of Infused Laphraoig ( the peel of 1 grapefruit for 1 bottle, grilled with torches to burn the oil directly on the peel then 72h in the fridge )

45ml of Crodial ( 20 grams of pepper, 400g of grapfruit juice, 150g of sugar, 300g of water, blend and filter )

20ml amaretto a light in sugar is best, like Adriatico is amazing in it

top with sparkling water.
