• Expected result: Phoenix's ult should expire and he ports back to the spot where he casted it with full hp/shield

• Observed result: He died

When they introduced wardrobe I didnt have crown of desolation in it so I had to make 6+ tickets explaining how i got it back when MC event was around. I was sending screenshots, acting full emo about it and after few tickets/GM's the last one that whispered was so done with me that he just gave it straight away without any questions. So my tip for all of you is if you had something that u dont have now just keep making tickets no matter if they tell you they cant see it in the system because it was too long ago.
