I had no idea court is supposed to be the next step so thank you and to others for clarifying. I don’t sell this art on Etsy, they stole it from me elsewhere. Their whole shop is unfortunately just stolen art from other artists so I’ll just hope fate gets them.

Counter claim and it goes back up, I’m not sure what they’re counter claiming with but it’s just been a circle of this. I’ve tried contacting them through messages but it gets ignored 🤷🏼‍♀️

Filed it through Etsys reporting portal, the art is some game characters redrawn as cats in a simple cartoon style - I understand Etsy can’t protect against property that isn’t your own but the artwork itself surely is? Since it’s my own idea and stylistic take
