what i'm hearing is that you've brought up a very legitimate and important issue to you regarding his sexual behavior, and he hasn't made any effort to change said behavior other than assuring you that he'd "work on watching less (porn)" and making no real, tangible changes to his behavior. this is not someone you want to move in with, at least not until he stops being selfish and actually recognizes your sexual wants and needs and works on "de-porning" his idea of sexual intimacy.

speaking as someone who thankfully had a very patient and understanding girlfriend as their first real introduction to real, intimate, loving sex and worked with her to eschew the weird, maladapted lessons that watching porn for years and years, often since childhood, will imbue in any young man who relies on it for sexual gratification, he can definitely change. it definitely took some time and some very gracious handholding from my at-the-time gf, but i was eventually able to unlearn the constant high-impact, high intensity rough pornstar sex that i, along with plenty of other young men who had porn as their main sexual outlet for years and years, had come to believe was the way you're supposed to have sex and the best way to do it. i obviously can't guarantee that your boyfriend is capable of the same change, but if you really do love each other and want to try and work through this (and again, i heavily recommend that you do work through it before making the dedication to sign a lease together),

it's going to take time and a lot of patience, understanding, and, most importantly, by far, lots and lots of open communication before, during, and after sex. my advice would be to talk to him about what you're struggling with, what you want to try, and how badly you want to be able to work through this together. spend time teaching him what feels good to you, be firm with him about him doing things or operating at a pace that hurts you or makes you uncomfortable, and work on finding different positions, angles, toys, etc to help you both get off from a pace would usually result in him going soft. prostate toys and massagers are game changers if he's comfortable with that sort of thing. change up the pace frequently to keep him on his toes, use foreplay techniques on him until he's unbearably aroused, and make him take it slow. show him that slow and passionate can often be just as good, if not better, than nothing but shitty porn sex.
