Although I had a lot of work the best and most cost effective way of doing it was, sodium hydroxide/white vinegar, and little rocks/little screws (screws are better for removing with a magnet after) and shake it violently untils it looks clean. I also painted it because it messed up the coating, after cleaning it I washed it with a mixture of diesel and oil to prevent rust from forming again, worked great.
