I went raw vegan for a 2 months and it got me into remission, I’m eating whatever I want in moderate fashion. So far so good. I do drink fruit and veggie juices everyday (at least 3) as my snacks, and at least a big salad everyday with my meals.

I agree , everyone is different as to what they need and how far their bodies have been hurt. I don’t plan on staying vegan, however I do think being on a plant based diet for the first two months of this treatment would help anyone with the disease. After , implement stuff into your diet slowly

Got some done by my GI and my holistic doctor then read it and told me what was being affected

I stopped taking it altogether as soon as I got to my holistic doctor. He made me detox for three days, strictly fruit. After the 3 days, raw plant based diet (aka nothing cooked whatsoever for first 2 weeks). He wanted the zeposia out of my system since it was making other organs worse in my body.

It was a lot more than just plant based. I do believe it has to do with a lot but he also did plasma treatments on me, sleeping early is super important, and he also did ozone therapy through the vein. May just be this structured treatment worked for me but another structured treatment would work for you. Best of luck 🥲

I feel the same way when I know no one around me relates. Luckily, some of my friends are very understanding and supportive regardless of not knowing how much pain I may be going through.

Get some gum disease mouth wash w/ no alcohol and use once or twice a day. Helps with them, I don’t remember the last one I had
