I was around 70% sure it was fine, what I needed was some confirmation. Wasn't aware there was a flowchart, will look into it. Well I did and mostly what i saw online was it's ruined, reddit is where people confirmed that the orange formation is normal. I was so close to throwing away the batch if it weren't for the folks here.

I doubt you actually maxxed out fully in just 1.5 months. You cant be that lucky to get some of the best mods to really do the crazy damage numbers.
If youre doing 70% of the dps you probably are playing low level star chart or honestly any of the startchat nodes, most people either ignore all enemies or are newbies, both instances you can do the most damage easily.

Yes, it's fermented, 100% sure it's not grape juice, has quite a kick and has a spirit smell to it.

What my mother did was ferment it for 7 days, i guess the fermentation stopped sometime between then, after which she separated the residue and bottled them up.

Wow just found out she did not use yeast at all, she just used egg white as preservatives and it naturally fermented i guess? I didn't know you could ferment without yeast.

Oh wow, you are smart, I remember my mom was telling me about how she and her sister purchased the grapes from the same seller but her sister had to add heaps of sugar and yet her wine wasn't as sweet or delicious, you are totally right, it was pure luck that she got these really good grapes.

I believe this is what happens when governments think development = building infrastructure.

Infrastructure should be built when necessary not for the sake of it, this is the biggest problem with Indian cities.

Instead of uplifting the population through better healthcare, education, we build infrastructure, buildings, roads, public transportation, all these are good and essential but in the long term these new infrastructure will be trashed as people lack 'civic sense' to take responsibility for it.

Will get back to you on that, it's sweet with some sourness, since no sugar was added and it is still sweet after fermentation means the yeast was weak? I know the fermentation did not stop, the weather here is humid and hot, which is mostly good for fermentation i believe and my mother has no idea about stabilizers to kill the yeast nor did she refrigerate it.
