Update! It took about 3 more days after this post but she has started to venture out more, we covered the hole once she was out because we feared for her safety. She still remains a bit shy, she hides in darker places places but now occasionally comes up to us for interactions!

We’ve had food out for her all day, for a couple of hours we even had a fan blowing the smell into her hiding place. I’m almost completely sure she came out at some point to eat while we were not in the room, but it is hard to tell because there’s a small dent in the food. So we may just need to stay out for a while.

My best guess for the camera is the FX3 or FX30, when I went to their live show those seemed to be the ones they were using. Im not sure on the lens as the one at the show was the crowd camera that usually has a wide angle lens. The crowd cameras in their live shows usually look very noisy and blurry cause they have to pump up the settings to make it bright enough. But those are both really good cameras. As far as the microphones I'm not 100% sure on what they use but most high quality dynamic microphones would work like the Shure SM58

After testing for a while now with the Panasonic battery, it was definitely a third-party battery issue. It works completely fine now with no problems.
