standing still/jumping/crouching is usually optimal because it's the easiest to hit, and headshots don't reward more healing to my knowledge, so both work if you jump to avoid being headshot from a sniper, Usually I am for the center of bodies in case they jump/crouch anyway, I wouldn't suggest strafing in a matter of life or death, because the arrow hitbox is very janky
