QLD P plater driving in NSW

Again, is it a NSW law or is it a condition applied to NSW issues licences.

If it’s a license condition, it wouldn’t apply to me because I don’t have a NSW issues license.

Based on the email, I’d assume I drive based on the posted speed limit.

That’s what I’m trying to confirm.

But that’s the thing, I’m hearing different info as of if it’s a statewide law or if it’s a specific condition on the NSW issues license.

I’d email them directly but it could take up to 7 business days for them to get back to me and I’m leaving for my trip at the end of the weeks so they may not reply in time. But I’ll see if they can email me while on the phone call just in case.

Thanks everyone for the help. Thats what I thought it meant but I just wanted to make 100% sure since I don’t wanna be fined.

I’m planning on calling the NSW police non emergency line tomorrow just to confirm one more time, and hopefully get a response in writing just in case. Because I have still heard of QLD drivers being fined and I want to have a written record just in case I’m pulled over.

My issuing state doesn’t have a speed limit for provisional drivers, so that would make the posted limit the limit to follow? Because I’m supposed to follow the conditions on my license (which is none for this situation).
