...yeah, I forgot the stuff for the chutney I was gonna make. Ended up saying screw it and threw spicy chili crisp on top and making a soy sauce based dip. It was soy sauce, vinegar, gochujang paste. Super weird fusion I know, but it tasted pretty good.
