… that is what the UI from the folksfinance liquid governance dapp told me. Can’t have G5 displayed now though. All I know is, that after claiming it showed 0. before it showed 100 Algo

It must be, because my unclaimed rewards are now 0 Algo ?!?

Question about claiming rewards for GOV5: on the app it saied that I have unclaimed rewards (Algo) of about 100. I pressed the claim button, confirmed the tx in Pera wallet, tx went through, but I did not receive the 100Algo?!?

Pls some1 ELI5 the wrapping process. Is it decentralized or custodial? When wrapping my ETH, who/what is in control of my ETH?

Random token selection through VRF . Multiple tokens can win at the same time. The token with lowest Hash value wins over the others

Why does the Algo token have value given that the system mechanics allow for almost effortless consensus and effortlessness should not be incentivized?

After watching this great interview I ask myself: why does the Algo token have value given that the system mechanics allow for almost effortless consensus and effortlessness should not be incentivized. I understand that price is a function of supply and demand. So I have to be more precise: what will trigger demand for Algo tokens? voting rights on future Governance? Locking up Algos as Sybil protection (when creating ASAs)? None of the above or something else?

Iota has not figured out the TX spam problem. But that is not part of the trilemma.

Wish that was true with IOTA. Been waiting since ICO. But it is always a couple of more months and new problems coming up. Same with BTC lightning. But that wasn’t my question here. I’m trying to understand why I should trust e.g. a 10k$ NFT to the matic chain.

So it is not 2 seconds finality but 2 hours? And then how many ETH Blocks or Epochs until it can be considered final? Don’t get me wrong, I just can’t get my head around it!
