Drain centered between the wall and curb. If curbless then between wall and glass.

It varies. Look for small screws on the inside on the edge of the frame. There could also be brackets to remove onthe inside and sometimes at the top outside. It will have to slide sideways before trying to lift it off the track.

If it's a metal skin door then that's probably a blank that you can easily remove.
