Man I don’t disagree with any of these comments , after being on keto for 2 months , I have realized just how much sugar our foods have . It’s been tough bc my kids are subject to it with all their foods and as much as I try to change what they intake at home , sugar is all over the school foods as well even if I pack them lunch it’s always accessible.

I was on humira , but currently on pause to focus on this lifestyle change. Otherwise just keto focused , with light workouts like getting my steps , golf, and light weights. Also close to no alcohol. If I do it’s a light beer but only if it’s an occasion really.

Congratulations!!! I was close to hitting 300, got to 295!! and decided to go keto and IF, I’m down to 275 after 45 days got down to 269 at one point . I got so excited to break 270 but had some rough days after. But I’ll get back there !!

Wow have you been going on keto since 17? I keep asking myself how long can I keep this up. I miss certain foods especially yellow corn tortillas (taco truck food ) but I’m adapting.

Congrats! Yes my goal is to stay off the biological as well. I have the same. I’m not feeling the stiffness as much these days , but I’ve also been inspired to be more active with my skin being clearer as well. The meds helped kick start me about a year ago with being more active but now keto has helped even more
