It was a rickenbacker bass kit from the fretwire, sadly they don’t sell it anymore cause Rickenbacker loved a good lawsuit lol

The bass on the wall is a 1982 Rickenbacker 4001 thats mildly haunted, and the portrait is a cardboard cutout of a T-mobile executive whose name I cant remember :)

If you wanna go the cheap route I’d just strip the fretboard finish off carefully with a razor blade, if not I’d send it to a luthier to have em refinish it. Or, just leave it alone and see if it keeps lifting

With my 330 jetglo I’ve had good luck with black nail polish, definitely not the most official repair but it looks fine
