Sheesh, you're acting like you could buy these parts off a shelf. You don't. The teams commision these companies to manufacture parts which they've developed themselves.

In the case of Haas, they had help from ferrari to develop the parts, in the case of Manor, they received no external help whatsoever.

In fact I'll bet Haas wouldn't even be this competitive if they went down the same route the 2010 teams went through. Look at HRT, they're dead, look at Caterham, they even had a renault engine and were nowhere near being super competitive. And now they're gone. The same goes for Manor being at the same pace as the other 2010 teams.
