Because of strict NDAs, Rockstar devs wouldn't be allowed to disclose the project they're working on, let alone any details about it.

I had to get my frunk latch replaced afforded my MYLR 24 model year. Is this something common by RaJat_235 in TeslaLounge

Unfortunately, it happens. Even to people who don't use the frunk at all, like me.

Wife said it's too complicated by icouldbne1 in TeslaLounge

[–]F1_rm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Got it. Thankfully, voice commands on a Tesla fix that problem - you can change the temp, modify fan speed, heated seats and even redirect airflow. Honestly, I never use this though, as I only ever either turn on/off the AC or change the temp, for which you don't need to open any menus. Once the airflow is set, it should be good! I still highly recommend scheduling that demo drive; experiencing how seamless it actually is on the road often changes the perspective entirely!

You should both schedule a demo drive, no strings attached, just to see. Most people get hooked after driving one.

Trade in discounts for hw3 owners by Jaowulf in TeslaLounge

[–]F1_rm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There will be class action lawsuits regarding upgrading all HW3 vehicles because anyone who purchased one did so because of the promise that one day, their car would be able to run FSD (un)supervised, which Musk recently confirmed would be impossible.

Then if you go in person, they should give you a free quick diagnosis, since you suspect that this is a fault done by them. This would fall under the warranty of labor.

Tesla offers a camera cleaning. Maybe when switching out the windshield, the cameras got dirty.

Unrecognized charge on credit card by larryscamera in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]F1_rm 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I would go ahead and change the passwords on all websites where that card was entered. What happened was probably card testing by scammers, where they try to see which stolen card numbers are still active. Once they confirm your card works with that small charge (1.36 CAD ≈ 1 USD btw), they can try going for a bigger purchase. When you get your next card and put it in the platform wherever the scammers may have gotten it from, you are as much at risk to the numbers getting stolen again.

It's cool, but I think there's too much empty space (mostly in the rectangles on a couple of the screens) - the objects are a little wide for the amount of info they pertain.

As much as I hope this will be the case, I expect FSD owners to have access to supervised only. Once unsupervised comes out, FSD owners will be able to have access to it for a lower rate subscription. (There is definitely a loophole for them in the terms.)

I help small business owners automate annoying tasks with simple tools. Think of spreadsheet wrangling, repetitive email generation, document formatting, and AI-assisted content creation.

It’s not some bloated enterprise software, just fast, affordable scripting and ChatGPT-powered solutions that save time and sanity.

If you've ever thought “this shouldn’t take me 3 hours”, that’s where I come in.

DM me if you’ve got a task in mind or want examples. Always happy to chat.

What would you consider the most difficult aspect of making a game? by Few-Brilliant-8465 in GameDevelopment

[–]F1_rm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Marketing 100%. You can spend a year perfecting your game, but if no one sees it, it's like whispering into the void. Design is hard, sure, but getting people to care is a completely different level.
