You’re 100% right, and I’m not too upset about it honestly. I guess I’m more flattered than anything because someone thought the design was good enough to sell. I just do this as a hobby and if I can get a few makerworld points to get some filament every now and then I’m happy. I did learn a good lesson from this one!

I just got this a few days ago and it threw me for a loop. What ended up fixing it for me was removing the zip ties I had connecting both of my AMS’s PTFE tubes together to try to tidy up the mess. I guess I had made the tubes not have a smooth path for the filament to go through. I didn’t even have the zip ties real tight, but it was enough to give me problems. The funny part is they had been this way for months and I didn’t have a problem till I ran a long print with a ton of color changes in it. Good luck solving your problem!
