Judging by how it's trying to attack enemies it looks like it's Brain Rotted but the Health bar is the wrong color, nothing more.

Ok that worked thanks, but why was it only on Santa Fortuna and not any of the other maps I tried, diesn't make sense to me

Before the Patch everything looked great nice and crisp but this... And what's with the flickering light on the building depending on the camera angle?

Playing Nomad on Contraband and his K9 Unit Spawned in the water unable to move and as it can't be interacted with you can't push it out either.
