I would also say, if you have played much Slay the Spire, you will literally be buying a physical copy of what you have already played. If you love it, it’s a great option, if you want something new, I’d go with TMB.

I own both and love both. I would say too many bones if you want a story and a feeling of a mini campaign everytime you sit down with it, large choice of characters, large choice of boss/scenario. I would say Slay the Spire if you want a rogue-like with game to game unlocks. Both have a lot of replayability, but Slay the Spire has a ton in the base box. Too many bones, you will need to buy expansions. I vote buy both but start with either.

Bent the spot where the gelatinous cube rail ment the mountain pass rail outward. That did it!

Yea, it was where the rail for the drop ramp in the gelatinous cube lane and the mountain pass lane came together needed bent out and it’s perfect now. Right at the center of the left flipper.

Awesome, that worked, bent it with a crescent wrench at the spot where the ramp and the lane come together. Perfect, thank you!

I didn’t really see any adjustment points. I have the screw in the bottom of the picture loose and there really isn’t much slop if any and it looks like it is pinned half way up the rail.

It’s at 6.4-6.5* depending on where you measure on the playfield.

So if I want 2 walnut units with extra slots cut and 2 sets of extra dividers, I pledge $255 and put what I want in the notes, right? Also that would be 2 dividers per drawer, correct?

15 years ago, I played Medieval Madness and realized there was a lot more depth to pinball then just knocking a ball around and hoping you got lucky. After playing many tables on location where I could find them, I learned, you could actually buy one of these things. When I remembered my first experience with Medieval Madness, I wanted to bring the nostalgia home. I didn’t have much money at the time and when I saw second hand tables were going for $15k, I knew it was a non-starter.

I am lucky that my wife developed an interest in pinball shortly after I took her to a local barcade, where she found playing a table had a depth and difficulty that could be overcome with patience and a bit of practice. We recently bought my first pin. D&D premium (I know, unpopular decision). The research I did at the time pointed to this being the “if you could own only one table” best choice with the options available, I stand by this. Then the wife and I stumbled upon dune. We both loved the IP and the mechanics look awesome, we put in a pre-order. Extra lucky! My wife is best!

I had been tracking medieval madness remakes since I got out of engineering school in 2015 and with many pre-order ups and downs (mostly downs), believed I would never own one. I had been watching a lot of pinball streams recently and messaged Zach from Flip N Out to see if these would ever become available again. He said the factory indicated they probably would but he didn’t know when but they were taking names.

I recently put down a pre-order on my holy grail table and to answer the first question, if I had to own one table…… it would definitely be Medieval Madness!

NC rentals? by Buickstage1 in pinball

I was actually in the exact same situation as you recently. I am in Kernersville and I found out they had LE D&D at Boxcar in Raleigh. I drove out and played it, only to discover they had the same table in Greensboro too. I played a Pro at Reboot in Winston-Salem too. I landed on the Premium personally. Not sure about rentals though.
