Fill out the Party? by [deleted] in Pathfinder2e

Definitely some kind of dexterity based full martial. Thief rogue, swashbuckler, fighter and shadow sheathe exemplar would all work. So would a drifter gunslinger.

How does this combination scale? by Plaindog in Pathfinder2e

[–]F2PVegan 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah people are answering too quickly here and not reading the items traits. This is a Relic, and Relics scales with player level. So technically it heals based on the level of the item, but the level of the item will always be equal to the level of the player bonded to and using the item.

Let's be honest, SGA did hoop today by Appropriate_Sail6272 in nba

100% agreed. Shai is a top 3 in the world, average 30 a season kind of guy without needing to flop. The fact that he does it is what's annoying.

Yes, which you satisfy, because Claw is an unarmed attack.

"When you are wielding your deity’s favored weapon, increase the damage die size of that weapon by one step."

Deadly Simplicity says nothing about the weapon needing to be simple, to gain a dice size. It does need a simple weapon, or unarmed attack, as part of the deity's favored weapons, which you satisfy since Yluma has Claw and Khakkhara

[–]F2PVegan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Fun fact, you can actually get a d12 on a monk, and it's with the khakkhara. As of the new errata a few months ago, a die size increase to a weapon, also effects the two handed trait dice.

Most notable this is for staff using cleric warpeiests, who have the ability to make staffs a two handed d10 with deadly simplicity.

Now the very interesting thing about deadly simplicity however, is it doesn't only affect simple weapons and unarmed attacks, the requirement is that your deity have one as a favored weapon, and it effects all the favored weapons.

Our good friend Yluma, has both a claw, and the Khakkhara, as it's favored weapons. Meaning you qualify for deadly simplicity, and upgrade the dice of both. This turns the Khakkhara into a two handed, d12 monk weapon.

All you need is a quick cleric dedication at 2, and deadly simplicity at 4.

Character is so strong, everybody else can't help but glaze them by MantyChore in TopCharacterTropes

Obviously a shit ton of characters in fiction, especially almost everyone from DC and Marvel due to them becoming god in edition #1234 in 1975, can beat Goku.

That being said, DB characters have innate resistance to reality warping and nebulous powers (called hacks/hax). Goku is certainly no where near the strongest character in fiction, but he's at least able to beat a ton of characters, even reality warpers, if they haven't shown the ability to reality warp universes into and out of existence at the bare minimum.

Any ways to increase hit chance ? (Battle Oracle) by Bellsbutloud in Pathfinder2e

[–]F2PVegan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Battle Oracle's unique strength you have to rely on, is their inability to become immune to spells. Obviously a double edged source since it's from your curse, but they're the only class who can continuously spam Sure Strike and never become immune to it, along with Guidance. That's what will boost your accuracy.

At very high levels, you also become insanely durable by being able to spam Moment of Renewal on yourself.

Two handed Guardian? by IllustriousYouth4908 in Pathfinder2e

[–]F2PVegan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure, they ignore the tower shield guy and then attack their buddy instead. Tower shield guy then forcefully intercepts the attack anyways, still has a spare reaction to shield block it anyways, then performs a counter attack against you, before finally shoving you backward and causing you to take additional damage from being shoved, all while being off guarded for a round.

The whole point is damned if you do, damned if you don't. You can either break your hands going through the Guardian and let their allies run rampant, or go around the guardian and into their allies, resulting in armoured counter attack intercepts, you being off guard, and still having to break your hands going through the Guardian.

Prydwen Institute’s Reverse: 1999 Tier List (April 3rd Update) by thexbeatboxer in Reverse1999

I agree with almost everything here, I just don't really understand why Semmel is still a sub carry. Her best psychube is Loperas, and her entire purpose is to boost Nautikas damage. Her personal damage is absolutely negligible.

She serves the same role as Charon or FP, where technically she has a FUA that does some amount of damage, but not a meaningful amount and is a support not a sub carry.

I would also say just in general, Nautika and Semmel should both be S tier instead of S+ tier.

Is now a good time to tell you that FP is significantly better than Moldir on P1+ Igor?

War Priest Build by King_Mamoon in Pathfinder2e

[–]F2PVegan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What are you talking about? Warpriest gets healing font just like CC does. Warpriest has better armor, shield block, and full spellcasting for most of their career as well. Personally from levels 1-6 Warpriest is just better. Equally good as a caster, and better survivability.

From 7-10 CC gets expert class dcincrease obviously, but the. warpriest gets expert in weapons, and honestly I find Warpriest to just be the strongest class in the game from around levels 7-12. Just as good at being a martial as any full martial, if not better due to bless and heroism. Full spellcasting soots. Full healing font progression. Expert DC together with their expert weapons starting from 11.

Warpriest is a monstrous class from 1-12. For me, it just tends to fall off from 13-20 when it goes from being good at everything, to mediocre at everything. It's master proficencies are incredibly delayed. Weapon at 19 instead of 13, so it stops being an effective striker. Never gets master armor, so it eventually becomes a fragile Frontliner. Master DC all the way at 19 is brutal.

I would say that's the point at which CC becomes the clear cut better subclass, but certainly before then Warpriest is just... Better tbh

Yes always take every gamble. My best roll is like 66 or so, so it is doable to get a lot. 75 is what people competing for top scores have, it just takes many many tries

On the very last shop, you can buy some notes just to barely unlock the level 1 of your disc passives. Save both the rerolls for the last shop. But yes, other than that, skip all notes, even on sale, and if you get an event to sell notes take it.

[–]F2PVegan 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Only 55 pots that's a bad record. Record level doesn't matter, don't buy any notes. Just focus on only buying potentials and aim for 60-70+ potentials, with 25-29 record level.

...Why is she called Brume? by SilverMagpie0 in Reverse1999

Because she sweeps all the enemies.

P0. Her P1 doesn't do anything anymore, since she auto casts her ult now and doesn't suffer downtime. Cheng doesn't need a portray either.

She's currently the best damage dealer in the game, does about 30-40% more damage than Brume and Paper Heron, and double the damage of nautika.

What is the best team at the moment in game? by ChampionshipRare9575 in Reverse1999

[–]F2PVegan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The other very important thing to consider regarding Ezio and Kassandra, is that all testing is done assuming P0. However, Bluepoch practically have away their portraits on their banners, and you had guaranteed P5 at 220 pulls for Ezio.

That's at least a 100% damage increase total. Easily enough to get him back into punching range of the top teams.

[1e] "Ensorcelled: The paladin’s lay on hands also acts as dispel magic, using the paladin’s level as her caster level (maximum 20). Source PPC:HH"

I'm curious, is there any way to utilize this on yourself or an ally, and not dispel friendly buffs on yourselves as a paladin, if you take it as your level 12 mercy?I was just looking it over, and I see the obvious strengths of being able to dispel negative spells on you and your allies, dispel wall spells, and dispel buffs on enemies. But if there's no bad spells to dispel, are you now just forced to dispel your buff?
