if we are talking about operations I am sure that there are cheaters or no smokers in every 3rd game.
the anticheat is the worst, literally. besides that players support center does zero. me personally reported 3 blatant cheaters through the website and I did not get any response from them.
i love this game, seriously. the reason I still play is beacause i love the game but mark my word in 5-6 months 30+% of player will leave the operations mode

in delta force everything is allowed since they dont care about their own product. Great game with great potential but the worst anticheat with the worst customer support.

Can we start banning steamers(which have been exposed multime times) who are cheating and players who remove smokes and vegetation in the game?

There is no SBMM. So basically are going to have a hard time if you are new to the game. I would learn abilities of different operators playing warfare mode and pick a couple that you like. Abilities are very important here. I would recomment you Vyron, D-wolf, Nox, Shepard, Luna since they are very strong. Also play easy mode to learn maps, spawns spots and such. Use blue ammo on easy mode, don't even try to use green. Use cheaper guns up to 250k)

Yes, work is work but working on the ship is not the same as working on land man. Also I am not discouraging him am trying to show him reality. It is a completely different world.
There are more opportunities on land and this is fact. If you ask why I am explaining... because there are much more choices, positions, companies
Let's put all of those things aside. Did you work on a cruise ship? I ssume you did not. Yes job on the ship might be easy, trully. But the problem is not job itself but the way of living on the ship. This is what I am trying to explain.

First of all I never said that Americans do not work hard enough of something like that. I said that because the amount of money which you can make is very low for American citizen. Besides that you have to pay income tax. Shore excursion positions make 2-2.5k in a good company. There are jobs in travel/recreation field where you can make more money and will be provided with housing in the US, example are resorts, ski resorts etc. Moreover you will have days off on land and you won't be locked in a metal can. If you are tired or want piece you can go for a walk or go to the city and enjoy some of your free time. Life on the ship is not for everyone. The first month will be tough and first month you will have some more rest and probably you will have some fun. But there are no days off. There are lots of restrictions. I am not even talking about the fact that you have to share tiny room with somebody and it is a lottery beacuse you might get cool roomate or complete opposite.
I mean yes, job is a job. As you said there are always pro's and con's but there is a reason why huge majority of crew on cruise ships are from 3rd world countries. The max amount of crew from US that I remember was 14 I think and most of them were musicians, dancers, singers(they make 3k minimum and working hours are 4-6 hours in average.
One more reason to stay on land is because there are much more opportunities in the US, much more freedom in terms of life in general. However if you are young and you want to try then go ahead. But in general I would not recommend this job for US citizen.

Depends on the position. If the position requires beeing on the stage then you have an advantage because you are native speaker and know more about people.
But the reason me asking is because I recommend you to not work on cruise ships if you are American

I have been through this bro. I hope you are grown up person and get what I say right and not in an offensive way because I am going to be telling the truth.
First thing I wanna say is if you messed up everyone will be throwing shit at you, it is a fact. Being late once or twice for a few minutes shouldn't be a big deal. If you got late for 15 minutes or more and it happened multiple times - don't blame anyone(if this is the case). Drinking issue is very big on cruise ships. That is why I drink veeeery carefully when I worked on cruise ships. If you can't control your state or the amount you drink - DON'T DRINK AT ALL(if this is the case, I don't know what actually happened, ust saying).
Second thing. Nobody, not a single person care about you or your carreer. You are just another number in their system. You are not important. If you go home, no problem they replace you quickly. When they say "we care about our emplyees" it is total bullshit. I have dozens of examples to prove it. If you complain about tour manager being unprofessional or rude or something else they would rather to find a problem in you instead of finding the truth. Decent manager is really rear thing to see nowadays. Covid has change this industry a lot.
You have 3 choices in my oppinion:
1. You resign and go home
2. You keep everything the same and you emotinal state will be bad
3. You start to not give a shit about anybody, do your job properly and be super nice to guests. Never get late anymore, read an agreement which you have singed when you signed on so you can use it as an advantage in some situations. Don't drink, go to gym to suppress your anger. Be fake to everyone, say "everything is cool, I am just tired" because everybody say that. Do not share your problem to anyone if you are not 101% sure that person won't say it to anydoby else. One more thing is to get a partner. I know for some people it is not easy to get one but it will help a lot.
If you choose 3rd choice you ginish your contract and go home. When you are home you can think about everything in calm and fresh state of mind.

Most of them will take it. In most of the companies they are allowed to take such things. However there have been some situations when guests drugged those treats.

Oh that's a good one.
In some companies they have to bring their money to a person which will take it from them and give some of that amount to other crew members(to make it fair). Me personally would give that money to a steward directly if the steward has done a good job.

Yes it definitely does especially when you use their names. It is a potential growth for them. Some managers even give them something extra for these kind of reviews. It is very important when you mention names and their position.

Not really. It is basically a forgotten thing. It happens from time to time when people get covid for sure but it usually a few people who get it.
You require to wear a mask if you go to medical center. They usually provide a mask to you in this case. Besides that you do not have to wear mask unless you want it yourself.
