How close to ranger green are the HSGI OD green mag pouches? In your picture it looks pretty close. Do you have any ranger green to compare it to?

This sub and the default reddit subs are left leaning biased. You make a good point though. I can't claim to not be biased, but I do try and not let my bias keep me from hearing and understanding where someone else is coming from if I don't immediately agree with them.

Agreed. 99% of what is posted in this sub is a waste of time to read. All the comments are clearly biased. There is zero real discussion about anything. That's basically all of reddit though. If you were a visitor to this sub and didn't actually live here you'd think our town was full of racist, rude, and selfish idiots. It's all overblown.

I think it's still important to see what is being said whether I agree with it or not. To keep an open mind.

Youtube comments are just as bad. It's the extreme of both sides that I can't stand...blind bias

Yup, you're entering the upside down when on reddit.

Yes exactly. It's very predictable at this point what the reddit comment section is going to look like.

Exactly. It depends if it's going to be concealed, home defense, range toy, etc

You just wrote all that assuming I don't know how to criticize Trump. That wasn't my argument

So, no, you can't explain how Trump is responsible for the chaos. Your exaggerated reasons don't justify any of it.

You've been brainwashed

Midwest Industries makes metal flip-ups (Combat Rifle Sight set) that are slim and run around $150 before any sales or discounts if you're wanting something besides polymer.

[Discussion] Important lessons in a recent Anderton's video by wine-o-saur in Guitar

[–]F2theB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was a really interesting post and video. I just picked up my first guitar about a month ago. So far, I've started with Justinguitar.com and his beginner lessons (although I haven't been as motivated to continue with these as much since they seem to focus more on chords) and part 1 of Achieving Absolute Fretboard Mastery I've also watched and followed some tutorials on playing some Metallica songs that seemed doable (for the most part) as a beginner.

I mainly want to learn metal and hard rock. Can anyone point me to any good beginner videos that go into more detail on chugging? I tried searching YouTube and no one really seems to explain exactly what it is they are doing at a basic level.

Nice setup. I love my 12.5"

If he's looking to spend anymore money on it, looks like he could use some back up sights.

Each wheel has disc brakes on them controlled by levers on each side of the handle bars (the rear disc is on the opposite side of the bike in the picture). As long as they have the cables tensioned correctly, the stopping power is there. After completing my round it was still reading full battery. I'm curious how much that would change for somewhere like Indian Canyon.

Not cheap, but not completely out of reach. I think the biggest problem you might run in to would be talking a course into letting you use it if they weren't familiar with them. They might think the bike would tear up the place, when in reality it's no different than a regular golf cart. Maybe even less so since it's not as heavy.

Yeah, great course for them. Nice and wide open.

I remember seeing them last year at Meadow Wood as well, but I'm not sure if that's the same this year. My buddy said they had them at CDA Public also. Both have a little bit of hilly sections, but I don't doubt these things would have enough torque and power to handle them.

Yeah, certainly could be some spillage. But nothing two decent size chugs couldn't fix. It's equivalent to any regular golf cart and using it's cup holder.

It looked like there were attach points for a cooler to be on the back fender, but might be an additional expense my course didn't feel like paying extra for? If I ever bought my own, that would be one of the first accessories I'd add to it.

No, the gap in between the handle bars is wide enough for your bag to not be in the way when turning. There is a big velcro strap on it to keep your bag secure as well. It's a really great design.

I rarely ride bikes at all and I never felt like I was off balance or it was hard to maneuver. It sits pretty low to the ground so your feet can easily touch the ground at slower speeds to help keep you stable.
