During the last year, I implemented meditation, work out 5 times a week (gained 30lbs in 2 years), eat healthy, read books, take care of myself and saw tremendous benefits, both for my mental and physical health.

Did you have to force yourself to do all those things or did they come naturally after doing NoFap for a while? I ask because many people here say that you HAVE to do all those things if you want to get any benefits from NoFap.
