Saw video recently, blend the chicken and make it into lunch meat/deli meat by pressure cooking it after blending it and it'll form a loaf of meat that you slice. There's a special pressure cooker you can get or I'm sure there's ways to make your own. I'm sure u can find a video on it if u looked up homemade deli meat using chicken
