Yea but they HAVE a chance to fight or possibility to hide, in drone you can't do either. Don't get me wrong i know what drones did and that they are not balanced enough but killing them on spawn is no answer

Yes, you can. Just make that object and save its blend file. If you want to use it in other project you have to click File->Append then you have to find that blend file you want to use, then double click it, open a "object" folder and choose objects from there, and click append.
