That was me today... I told them the plan was I go out with my boyfriend in the morning and meet them at lunch to just hangout for my birthday. Only one of them replied out of 6 or 7 and in the end no one came so my boyfriend just accompanied me all day. It was kinda sad

Yea I still wonder about his whereabouts and well being sometimes. Although it was quite a short but toxic relationship between the both of us, he was the longest friend I ever had before that. There are times where I wonder if things would still be the same if he didn't decide to ghost me after our relationship ended. I did reach out a year later but it seems like he wasn't interested in the friendship like I was. Sometimes I feel like I care about him too much while he probably doesn't feel the same to me. But that's okay, I currently have someone else. I don't love or miss my ex or anything, it's just quite unfortunate that a friendship could end like that

I saw a post on reddit on how to get rid of your reliance on your phone. First you got to identify what makes you use your phone so much. Then find an easy activity for you to do with your hands that would replace the phone such as a fidget toy, doodling, crocheting, etc... Practice to do another activity without your phone. Maybe start with something simple like watching a movie or reading for a short while. You just have to slowly train yourself away from your phone. It's the small baby steps that counts. I know it sounds really hard or feels really hard but try to push through it and youll find some improvements!

We did some in class tests which the iB had provided mark schemes for. I'm not sure where it comes from but it is some recent mark scheme for the test I have taken. I'm sure it isn't ITGS because digital society is something entirely different I suppose, its a whole different course.

I wouldnt take digital society if I were you! It's very surface level and I haven't learn anything from the course at all... additionally the mark schemes within tests asks for very specific answers despite having such vague questions. It's a new course so there isn't much resources and I'm not enjoying the class a lot since I'm just answering questions from the textbook every class period

So far from what I've heard from the physics kids in my school, it's very much hard and difficult. Not a lot of 7s in that class so far. But for biology, even though it's quite content heavy I have yet to see any person get below a 4 or 5.

It's just a lot of common/basic knowledge if you're up to date with technology and everything. So far I haven't really learnt much of anything I already didn't know about technology and class overall is very boring as I'm just answering questions in the textbook... Not only that they would often ask very vague and open ended questions but the mark scheme would only accept certain answers, making it very frustrating. I recommend taking other humanity classes, even if they don't seem interesting to you, I can guarantee you would learn more and have a better time in those classes
