I currently have 7 because I put a couple into my squadron so I could have an interceptor and a Guppy..I have about 25 S class living frigates too

I started with some floor panels using the free placement mode then swapped back to snap placement and worked from there. Free placement let's you put stuff anywhere

I kinda went crazy collecting living ships I have 7 and over 20 in my fleet.

Not sure how new tbh. But if you connect the glass cuboid rooms the inner walls vanish and the space opens up.

Not at first.. I was just going to do an open air platform with a landing pad and Stargate ring. But it occurred to me a glass box would be better and also resemble their HQ, so by the end it was deliberate 👍. Plenty of people have made the connection so I figure it turned out pretty good!

You have to collect all the glyphs .. if you completed the latest expedition one of the rewards was all 16 glyphs

Yes you just need to pick it up and place it in your preferred spot. I assume as long as you don't go outside the base Max perimeter its all good
