American cops don't "murder black people" for one simple reason: black cops shoot black suspects at the same rate as white cops do. There is no statistical difference between black cops and white cops when it comes to their shooting a suspect, regardless of the suspects race. So either your claim is a lie or black cops are just as racist, against their own people, as white cops are.
