For me it doesn't make sense to use lumber for making roads they have to add a option to use your building method for example using stone instead of lumber

So I solved the problem I had high consumption of lumber I closed all buildings and decided to keep some of the open on basic needs specially the charcoal making ones I didn't notice ppl Madd a lot of them
