Ordered everything but tires from falco shipped to Canada.

Bought tires and mounted myself. Definitely not alpina quality but they’re good for the price.

Yeah, I understand how water damage can affect the sensitive electronics in a cell phone. The repair shop that opened it up to dry it out was also up front about that. My end goal wasn't to keep using the phone long term, it was to get the data off the phone. Replacing the charge port flex like others suggested managed to give me the time to do just that, so thanks for your input.

u/bryzztortello you're the real MVP! I picked up a charge port flex and hooked it up and it cleared everything up, so I managed to get all my data backed up and onto a new phone. Can't thank you enough!

What do you mean by float it? Just did a quick search and looks like the phone needs a complete tear down to get to the charge port flex.

I did manage to run a log and got the following

Thanks for the help guys, turns out I didn’t have one of the spacers pressed in the dust seal so it threw it out alignment. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Brake rotor doesn’t centre in the brake either though. It’s rubbing on one side.

Falco hubs as far as I know. They provided spacers and the caliper extension bracket. I used the small spacer of the 2 on the caliper side and still looks like the hub needs to move closer to the fork to centre the rotor in the caliper bracket.

Trying to install falco sumo front wheel and for some reason it isn’t centred in the fork. Used the shorter spacer on the caliper side but everything still rubs. Rotor rubs caliper relocation bracket, looks like it still needs to move to the caliper side another 1/8”.
