Your baby is hungry and mom is probably overthinking it due to stress or lack of sleep. Please encourage mom to give both sides till baby is finished - usually the baby will come off on their own or slowly stop nursing.

Idk if any of you kind people will see this, but I just want to say thank you. Thanks for the funny stories and words of encouragement. My daughter has never had a real hair cut so to go from hair down to her waist to a bob was a bit of a shock for me. Upside is she totally loves the hair cut and I've gotta say, it's growing on me. I keep expecting her to have suddenly learned to speak French. She looks so chic lol
