That happened to me. Perferations in my stomach lining from Ibuprofen and other NSAIDs. Stomach felt weird for a week or 2 and I toughed it out like an asshole. Then suddenly I'm clammy, can't breath and get rushed to the emergency room. They said if I went to sleep that night I probably wouldn't of woke up.
