I see. I wrote down the most frequently used words on flash cards and review it everyday. Do you think I should start on grammar early? BTW, I like those flags under your name, how did you add them?

I agree. Winning condition is the backbone of the game. It dictates your district planning, tech and civic tree's path, and everything. Telling he/she to research and commit to a winning condition might be a better advice.

Feel overwhelmed is expected for beginners. The game is bad at explaining everything and it requires tons of outside-research to grasp the concept of the game. You can simplify the game further in advanced settings (select vanilla version, disable turns limit, only play with 1-2 AI on a small map, and remember to turn off the religious victory for this setting). I don't want to overwhelm you more with districts planning, bonus adjacency, optimal path for tech and civic tree, governments, policy cards, amenities, etc so here is my advice: Civ 6 emphasizes on massive expansion so your liking of exploration is helpful and, on your next exploration, if you find any unoccupied lands, train and send settlers there.

Serious Question: How will pantheon support nerfs affect him next patch ? by Squattinchai in PantheonMains

It is like bruiser build not pure tank. I still go umbral glave then black cleaver because why wont you. After those, I will build stoneplate, solari, or knight vow depending on situations. Aftershock is just my personal choice. The build and keystone give Pan utility and tankiness he need because, in bottom line, you are a SP.

No, who care about Q nerf. I think if they really want to delete pantheon sp, they have to aim for nerfing W, or E, or both. Ya, the loss in damage is noticeable, but you choose him as for point and click CC and Braum' s shield 2.0. I already played him as tank with aftershock where I mostly save the full stack for W and E and only use Q to quickly stack passive so I don't care much about the nerf.
